Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if:
● No design work has started;
● A technical issue prevents delivery, and no solution is possible.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we offer reasonable revisions to complete your project.
Non-Refundable Items
Delivered design files and completed custom work are non-refundable.
